I find that with my dumbbells I keep the sides touching during dead lift rows and it acts like i'm lifting the bar. I find squatting heaving weights rough with dumbbells though because it's more pressure on your arms instead of your back. It's definitely not worth buying a $600 bar and weights. WHAT EQUIPMENT IS RECOMMENDED FOR BODYPUMP AT HOME?
